Paul Scholes urge Manchester united Captain to do more to help striker Rasmus Hojlund.

Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, has urged captain Bruno Fernandes to do more to help striker Rasmus Hojlund.

Hojlund scored a brace in Man United’s Champions League 4-3 defeat to Copenhagen on Wednesday night.

The 20-year-old, who joined the Red Devils from Atalanta in the summer, is yet to score for Erik ten Hag’s side in eight games in the Premier League.

However, Scholes believes Hojlund is young and Fernandes ought to do more to get closer to him on the pitch when playing against an opponent.

“I think Bruno Fernandes needs to help Hojlund more. … So young, he needs help.

“Fernandes needs to get closer to him,” Scholes said (as per UtdDistrict).

Hojlund contributed 10 goals and four assists in 34 games across competitions for Atalanta last season.
