Man Utd reveal Sancho can only leave in January on one condition

Manchester United will let winger Jadon Sancho leave the club in the January transfer window but will refuse to be bullied by rival clubs looking to ‘take advantage’.

Sancho has not played for Man United since August after he was criticised by manager Erik ten Hag for displaying a poor attitude in training.

The 23-year-old responded with a pointed statement in which he criticised Ten Hag and claimed he had been branded a scapegoat for the team’s poor start to the season

The England star has been exiled ever since with Ten Hag unwilling to welcome him back into the fold until he received an apology.

However, according to ESPN, while the Red Devils are willing to listen to offers, they will not countenance a cut-price deal for Sancho.

It is said that the likes of Juventus and Borussia Dortmund are both interested in reviving Sancho’s career and have expressed an interest in signing him on loan, but any such deal would be dependent on either club paying a significant portion of the footballer’s £300,000-a-week wages.
