Louis Saha has hit out at Man Utd midfielder 'Mason Mount'

Former Manchester United striker, Louis Saha has hit out at midfielder Mason Mount for ‘shying away from responsibility’.

Saha claimed that Mount has been avoiding the ball and not taking responsibility on the field for Manchester United as the Red Devils’ woeful start to the season continues.

According to him, some of the things he has seen from Mount at Man United are ‘shocking’.

Mount joined Man United from Chelsea in the summer for £60 million.

But the England international has struggled to deliver on the price tag so far this season.

“I have seen moments this season where Mason Mount is not even asking for the ball,” Saha told BettingOdds.

“It’ is very shocking for me to see a player with that type of quality shying away from taking responsibility.

“He is too good of a player to play like this, to not show a willingness to get the ball and make a difference, and it is not on.

“He has so much quality, but at the moment he doesn’t seem to have any faith in himself. He needs to show courage and commitment and I am really unimpressed with Mason Mount at the moment.
