Arsenal facing injury crisis ahead of Bournemouth clash

Arsenal may be facing an injury crisis within their squad as they prepare to face Bournemouth in the Premier League this weekend.

Speaking to the media on Friday, manager Mikel Arteta said up to six players may not make the trip to the Vitality Stadium.

Arteta revealed that Rice “hasn’t trained yet. We have another session in an hour or two and will have more news about him today.”

According to the Spaniard, Bukayo Saka, Leandro Trossard, and Gabriel Martinelli have also not trained too.

Fabio Vieira and William Saliba, who missed the Carabao Cup win over Brentford, would need to be assessed too.

“My hope is everybody is fit and available because we need them with all the games we have. Hopefully today we get some good news,” Arteta added.
