Tottenham forward Dane Scarlett has joined Ipswich on loan for the season, and signed a new four-year deal in North London.
Scarlett was a half-time arrival in Spurs' Carabao Cup penalty shoot-out defeat at Fulham on Tuesday night.
The 19-year-old England U20 international spent last season in League One with Portsmouth, playing 34 times and scoring four goals in the league.
“I found out I was officially moving yesterday but the move has been in the works for a few weeks," he told Ipswich's club website.
“I remember playing against Ipswich last season and it was a good game. I liked the way the team played so I’m really looking forward to being part of that.“
