Paris Saint-Germain have completed the signing of Manuel Ugarte from Sporting Lisbon after the midfielder had been a target for Chelsea this summer.
The Uruguayan has signed a five-year contract at the French champions, who have paid Sporting £51.1m to sign the 22-year-old.
