UCL: They are a better team – Carragher predicts Man City vs Real Madrid

 Former Liverpool defender, Jamie Carragher has said Manchester City are “a better team” ahead of their Champions League semi-final second leg against Real Madrid.

Both sides played out a 1-1 draw at the Santiago Bernabeu last week.

Carragher feels City are in their best form ahead of the return leg at the Etihad.

He said on Sky Sports: “It just feels like every game is so easy for them now.

“I thought Everton would be their hardest game because they were fighting for their lives, it’s a hostile atmosphere and it came in between the Real Madrid games. I thought Guardiola might change a few more players but he didn’t.

“Obviously, Real Madrid is a tough game, but they are a better team than Carlo Ancelotti’s side. It’s a case of whether it happens on the night for them but after that, I don’t see a problem at all.”
