Former Bologna goalkeeper Gianluca Pagliuca believes they'll struggle to keep hold of coach Thiago Motta.
Motta has been a revelation since succeeding the late Sinisa Mihajlovic last year.
Pagliuca told Il Resto del Carlino: "If a big name knocks on his door, there's the risk of losing him.
"But I hope he stays to start a cycle. It's normal that a coach like him is under everyone's scrutiny.
"I studied the match against Udinese well and what struck me was the cynicism of Bologna."
