EPL: I don’t see that happening – Joleon Lescott predicts scoreline, winner of Man City vs Arsenal

Former Manchester City defender, Joleon Lescott has predicted the outcome of Wednesday’s Premier League game between Manchester City and Arsenal at the Etihad.

The former Everton defender is backing Manchester City to come out victorious in the potential title decider against Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal at Etihad on Wednesday.

Manchester City will lock horns with the Gunners in what many people believe would be the title decider, with just five points separating the top two.

Manchester City are five points behind Arsenal in the table but have two games in hand.

Lescott, who played for Everton and Manchester City, believes the Citizens would win the crunch fixture, adding that Mikel Arteta’s team will need to score three goals to secure victory.

“I think for Arsenal to win, they’re gonna have to score three goals, and I’m not sure that’s the case. I see City scoring two, so I’m gonna say 2-1,” Lescott told LiveScore

Pep Guardiola’s men are unbeaten in the last 16 games across competitions and have won their last five league games.
