Ex-Liverpool manager likely to replace Conte at Tottenham


Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in former Liverpool head coach, Brendan Rodgers as a possible replacement for current manager Antonio Conte.

Conte is expected to leave Tottenham once his contract expires at the end of the season.

According to talkSPORT, Rodgers is the latest manager on Tottenham’s radar to replace the Italian.

Rodgers, who currently manages Leicester City, is on the verge of being sacked at the King Power Stadium as he has not been able to deliver.

The 50-year-old watched as Chelsea defeated his team 3-1 at home in Saturday’s Premier League tie.

His team currently sits in the 16th position on the Premier League table with 24 points from 26 games.
