Man City owners CFG push through with Bahia takeover

Manchester City will prove it's business as usual for their City Football Group (CFG) in the coming weeks.

Per The Mirror, the CFG are not letting the Premier League's investigation into financial irregularities interfere with their business plans.

The source claims that the plan is to add Brazilian club FC Bahia to the CFG portfolio.

Bahia fans have voted in favor of the proposal, as they will benefit hugely financially.

City chief executive Ferran Soriano has agreed terms for CFG to purchase 90 percent of Bahia.

The club is back in the Brazilian first division, and will become the 12th club in City's group.
