The Slovakia defender will leave Inter at the end of the season for PSG and Adarabioyo has been identified as a player to fill the void left.
Adarabioyo's contract with Fulham runs until the summer of 2024.
A former Manchester City defender, Adarabioyo has scored a goal in 14 Premier League appearances this season.
