Manchester United and Arsenal are in talks with agent Jorge Mendes about Atletico Madrid attacker Joao Felix.
The Portugal international is leaving Atletico in January.
Le 10 Sport says the Gunners and United are battling for his services ahead of the winter market.
Just this week, Atletico chief Miguel Angel Gil Marin said: "The relationship between the coach and him is not good, nor his motivation.
"The most reasonable thing is to think of him leaving, even if I would love for him to stay.
"But it's not his will."
