Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is set for a squad boost this week.
Bukayo Saka and Aaron Ramsdale are expected to rejoin Arsenal training after England were knocked out of the World Cup.
England lost 2-1 to France in their quarter-final on Saturday and the squad flew back home from Qatar on Sunday.
Saka and Ramsdale are due to return to Arsenal by the end of this week, with Brazil forward Gabriel Martinelli and Japan full-back Takehiro Tomiyasu also expected back, says the London Evening Standard.
Arsenal are back in action on Boxing Day when they host West Ham in the Premier League. The squad is currently in Dubai for some warm-weather training and the Gunners face AC Milan in a friendly on Tuesday, after beating Lyon 3-0 last week.
Granit Xhaka flew straight to join the squad after Switzerland were beaten in the last-16 of the World Cup last Tuesday, but he was given a few days off by Arsenal. Xhaka has spent time with his family, who flew to Dubai to see him.
