South Korea coach Paulo Bento has no doubts about the quality of Real Madrid midfielder Fede Valverde.
South Korea open their World Cup against Valverde and Uruguay.
Bento said: "Valverde is a fantastic player, of extraordinary technical quality, with a physical dimension... He can be considered, along with (Kevin) De Bruyne, as one of the best midfielders.
"He has a great influence on the way Uruguay plays and from mid-distance he can solve a problem game. They are very strong collectively and individually.
"Uruguay is an extremely well-organised team in all aspects of the game. It is a rival that concedes very few chances to its opponent, with players with a lot of experience at the highest level of competitions. It will be a game that we have to play at a very high level to be able to compete with a team of this quality and experience."
