Rodgers grateful to Leicester board: In football usually betrayal kicks in
Brendan Rodgers paid tribute to the Leicester City board after victory at West Ham.
Rodgers has overseen a stunning revival at the Foxes after it appeared he was set to be dismissed.
After the win in London, Rodgers said: "The club has never wavered in their support, which gives confidence to people.
"When a manager is under pressure and you are not getting the result, usually in this world betrayal kicks in. You feel it and you know it is there as a manager. But that was never the case.
"Everyone was very supportive and believed in the process."
