Real Madrid Castilla coach Raul admits Sergio Arribas has outgrown his team.
Raul has declared it's time for the midfielder to be playing regularly at a higher level.
He said, "He is a very talented player who, during many games, is the one who makes the difference.
"He is the benchmark of the team and has shown all the potential he has. We must continue to encourage him because he is on the right track.
"His process is coming to an end in Castilla. He has to press on in the last four or five months and in May choose the best option to continue, we are going to continue helping him."
