Fred chooses Chelsea star as player he’d like to play with for Brazil

Manchester United midfielder, Fred, has chosen Chelsea star, N’Golo Kante, as a player he would like to play alongside for Brazil.

Fred said he loves Kante, adding that the France international is like a shadow.

Kante has been a crucial starter for Chelsea since joining the club from Leicester City in the summer of 2016 for £32 million.

The 31-year-old has helped Chelsea lift six trophies, including the 2016-2017 Premier League title and the 2020-2021 UEFA Champions League.

But Kante is not part of France’s squad at the ongoing FIFA World Cup due to injury.

During an interaction on JD Locker Room, Fred was asked which French footballer he would like to have on his team, the Brazilian said (via Football London): “It is difficult. A lot of players like Pogba and Griezmann, but it is Kante.

“I love him. When Kante plays, he is like a shadow. It is Kante.”
