Former Valencia B team coach Oscar Fernandez isn't surprised hearing Inter Milan are interested in Jesus Vazquez.
Inter have the left-back under consideration for January.
Fernandez told Gazzetta.it: "In some ways he's similar to the AC Milan player (Theo Hernandez), whom I worked with when I was coaching the Atletico Madrid youth tea.
“I think there are similarities between him and Theo in terms of performance, both technical and physical.
“The Frenchman, however, plays a lot in attack, I can't say at what level Vazquez is right now, over the last two years he's played several matches with the senor team and it was clear how ready he is to become a professional."
“Be careful, however," Fernandez added, “Jesus is a special player, but he needs to be eased into it slowly, one step at a time."
