Everton considering Jarrad Branthwaite situation at PSV

Everton are considering Jarrad Branthwaite's situation at PSV Eindhoven.

PSV cannot prevent Everton from recalling Branthwaite in January, should they wish to do so.

The Everton defender is currently on a season-long loan with the Eredivisie side but has only played 485 minutes in 10 appearances.

Voetbal International reports that as 'contractually stipulated', Everton can bring back their player, and PSV 'cannot stop' him from leaving, if he does not play in a predetermined quantity of matches.

The Blues may consider exercising this contract clause but PSV remain calm about the situation as their own defender Olivier Boscagli will return to action in January.
