EPL: Martinelli names two trophies he wants to win at Emirates, warns Arsenal

Arsenal forward, Gabriel Martinelli has told his team-mates that he wants to be the champion of England and Europe, warning them against losing focus.

The Brazilian said that they must keep their ‘feet on the ground’ to achieve these great feats.

Arsenal are going into the World Cup break sitting top of the Premier League table, with a five-point lead over defending champions, Manchester City.

The 22-year-old Brazil international, who is currently in Qatar for the 2022 World Cup, has played a key role in the Gunners success so far.

“I want to win titles, I want to be champions,” Martinelli told The Player’s Tribune.

“And that’s my dream, to win the Premier League, win the Champions League, I think we have to dream but keep our feet on the ground.

“I think everyone has a winning mentality, everyone who is in there wants to win.”
