Man Utd keeper De Gea: We now believe in eachother here

Manchester United shot stopper David De Gea has responded to past criticism of his performances.

The Spaniard put in one of his most assured displays of the season in a 2-1 come from behind win against Everton.

Not only was De Gea responsible for an excellent late save to ensure United retained their lead, but his general play was impressive to pundits and fans

Asked about the negativity in the past around the team, he told BT Sport: "I think it's part of football.

"Sometimes when you win it's easy to say 'this team is very good and the players are playing very well' but sometimes in some bad periods we have to be focused, keep training hard believe in yourself and the team.

"So that's what we are doing. Believe in my teammates, staff altogether and keep believing."
