Chelsea target 2 midfield stars amid Mount contract doubts

Chelsea are in the market for a new attacking midfielder.

The Telegraph says Chelsea are drawing up contingency plans as new contract talks with Mason Mount rumble on.

Mount's current deal runs to 2024 and Chelsea are prepared to sell and replace the England international if negotiations continue to stall.

Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini and Villarreal attacker Yemery Pino are both under consideration.

However, Chelsea's priority remains to secure Mount to a new deal.
