Leicester City have finally signd first player of the current summer.
The Foxes completed their first summer transfer with Alex Smithies who joined on a free transfer.
The 32-year-old has signed a two-year deal at the King Power Stadium.
He told the club’s website: “It feels amazing. It’s the first time I’ve been to the new training ground and it’s just incredible.
“What a place to work and come and thrive. I’m really looking forward to it.”
