Italan transfer guru Walter Sabatini has heaped praise on the work of Napoli in recent months.
Sabatini has been impressed by president Aurelio de Laurentiis and sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli.
He said on Radio 24: "Kvara? Really strong, congratulations Giuntoli; I said to (Luciano) Spalletti he seems a little rough, but being a little rough he impacts the game in a ravenous way.
"This Napoli is a joyful war machine, they play having fun, with criteria, with passing lines. Spalletti in this respect is the better, they play proactive football.
"I'm damned envious of Napoli, I would have liked to do what Giuntoli and De Laurentiis did: they reduced salaries, rejuvenated the squad with good players. I'm jealous, yes."
