Chelsea are interested in signing the Everton forward Anthony Gordon, according to The Times.
The West London club’s new ownership - the Boehly-Clearlake group - aim to invest in the future and reportedly see Gordon as a primary target.
Everton - who have shown interest in a loan deal forArmando Broja - value Gordon at around £50m.
Chelsea have already spent more than £170m this summer, including signing the Aston Villa academy product Carney Chukwuemeka.
England Under-21 Gordon had a breakthrough campaign at Goodison Park last season which attracted interest across the Premier League.
