Celta Vigo announce agreement for Barcelona defender Oscar Mingueza

 Barcelona defender Oscar Mingueza is joining Celta Vigo.

Celta have announced an agreement with Barca has been reached for the stopper.

Mingueza will now undergo a medical in Vigo ahead of signing terms.

The young Catalan has been encouraged to leave Barca by coach Xavi this summer.
