Chelsea youngster Levi Colwill will sign for Brighton this summer.
The versatile left-back is highly rated at the Stamford Bridge club, but is being sacrificed to secure Marc Cucurella.
According to football.london, a deal for Cucurella is all but done between the two clubs, with Chelsea paying £50 million for his signature.
Brighton will then pay £25m for Colwill with a buy-back clause set at approximately £50m.
While 19-year-old Colwill will be missed, Chelsea believe that Cucurella can offer the team more in all departments.
Not only can be play as a wing-back on the left, but he is also an adept left-sided centre-back.
