Tottenham have sold Jack Clarke to Sunderland in a deal that could rise to £10m with add-ons.
The winger had a successful loan spell at the north east club last season.
Clarke was signed by Spurs from Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds three years ago but only made four appearances in north London.
A statement read: “We have reached agreement with Sunderland for the permanent transfer of Jack Clarke.
“The 21-year-old enjoyed a successful loan spell with the Black Cats last season, making 20 appearances as the Wearside club secured promotion to the Championship through the League One play-offs.
“Having joined us from Leeds United in July, 2019, Jack made his Spurs debut in October, 2020, coming off the bench in our 3-0 Europa League group stage win over LASK. He went on to make four appearances in total for the Club. We wish Jack all the best for the future.”
