Steven Reid has announced he is leaving his role as a first-team coach under Steve Cooper at Nottingham Forest.
He says he has struggled with mental health and confidence issues, and wants to dedicate himself to helping players with the same problems.
He is therefore retraining as a counsellor and LMA mentor.
