Everton persevering with Gibbs-White move despite Wolves pushback

Everton are not giving up as they chase Wolves' England Under-21 International Morgan Gibbs-White.

The youngster is wanted by several Premier League clubs, including Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest and Southampton.

According to the Daily Mail, Everton had a £25 million bid rejected for Gibbs-White, but that has not deterred their resolve.

They are hoping to secure the talented star, who spent last term on loan at Sheffield United.

Wolves may be willing to sell Gibbs-White, but want to maximise the fee if they lose such a prized asset.

The opinion of manager Bruno Lage on Gibbs-White's future is unclear, but it appears Toffees boss Frank Lampard is a huge admirer.
