Everton have settled on a fee of £20 million deal plus add-ons for Burnley winger Dwight McNeil.
The 22-year-old has gone through his medical procedures on Tuesday at Everton's Finch Farm.
According to the Daily Mail, the deal is close to being officially announced as complete.
The Toffees have strengthened their squad in recent days, adding McNeil and Ruben Vinagre from Sporting Lisbon.
McNeil was wanted by a host of Premier League clubs after the relegation of Burnley last season.
He had two years remaining on his contract with the Turf Moor stadium club.
