Newcastle United have made a new bid for Lille defender Sven Botman.
Botman was a target for Newcastle and they remain keen this summer.
The Daily Mail says Newcastle have offered around £29m plus add-ons to Lille for the Holland international.
Lille are demanding or £34m for the 22-year-old, who is also wanted by AC Milan.
However, Newcastle have an advantage as Milan continue the process of being sold to RedBird Capital, with transfer funds currently frozen.
