Manchester United are making a serious push for Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez.
United are looking to hijack Arsenal's bid to land Martinez, says The Sun.
The Gunners have made a third offer for the Argentina international – their previous offer of €40m was turned down.
But United have also registered their interest, with a delegation in Amsterdam last week for talks
United manager Erik ten Hag has pushed for the move concerned that the 24-year-old would be heading for Arsenal unless they made their interest official to his former club.
Ajax are now prepared to sell Martinez for €50m.
