Man City defender Ake has preference between Spurs and Chelsea

 

Chelsea and Tottenham are going for Manchester City defender Nathan Ake.

But the Telegraph says Ake is open to leaving City for Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

Chelsea are 'optimistic' of reaching an agreement with Premier League rivals Manchester City over the transfer of Netherlands international central defender Ake.

Tottenham are also interested the Dutchman.

But the defender himself is 'open to the prospect of a return to Stamford Bridge', according to the report, which has added that Chelsea and Premier League champions City have held positive talks over a potential transfer of the 27-year-old.
