Liverpool are continuing their summer rebuild at a great pace after putting in a £60million bid for Leeds winger Raphinha.
The Brazilian is also wanted by Spanish giants Barcelona.
However, Sport - via the Daily Star - claims that the Premier League runners up are now favourites to secure his signature.
The Reds have put in a big money offer to convince Raphinha to join the Merseyside club.
Raphinha would serve as a rotation option for Mohamed Salah on the right wing, but may take over the starting spot in a year as Salah's contract would have expired by then.
The Selecao star has managed 17 goals and 12 assists in 67 Premier League games for Leeds in two seasons.
