Inter 'open to selling' defender with PSG 'eyeing' £68m-rated Skriniar

Inter Milan chief executive Beppe Marotta has admitted the Italian club could sell a defender this summer in order to balance the books, with Paris Saint-Germain reportedly keen on Milan Skriniar.

Calcio Mercato suggest the French champions could pay up to €80m (£68m) for the Slovakia international, whose contract expires next summer.

Skriniar is now said to be open to the idea of joining PSG - who would be prepared to more than double his wages - after initially being reluctant to leave Inter.
