EPL: I find it difficult to admire you – Jordan slams departing Man United star

Former Crystal Palace owner, Simon Jordan has told Paul Pogba to stop blaming other people for his problems.

The former club chief said he finds it difficult to admire the French World Cup winner.

Jordan also wants the France international to know that he “has not helped himself” when it comes to his damaged reputation following the release of his “Pogmentary.”

The midfielder is now a free agent, leaving the club under a dark cloud for the second time.

But he made the situation a whole lot worse by recording a new documentary with Amazon Prime.

Speaking in The Pogmentary documentary, Pogba said: “My thought process is to show Manchester [United] that they made a mistake in waiting to give me a contract.

“And to show other clubs that Manchester had made a mistake in not offering me a contract.”

Jordan insisted that the damage to Pogba’s reputation is in part, the player’s own doing.

He told talkSPORT, “I think that Pogba is a tremendously gifted footballer.

“If he’s been misunderstood then he is, in part, a contributing factor to that perception because I don’t think he’s helped himself in lots of ways.

“I find it difficult to admire Pogba.

“If you’ve got that amount of talent, which he clearly has, and you want people to perceive you in such a negative way, from the Man United fans to the outside who have a half-educated opinion because they see him on the back pages of the newspapers, that’s on you.”
