Man City midfielder Grealish: Mahrez will bounce back from pen failure

Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish says Riyad Mahrez's penalty failure at West Ham won't effect him.

Mahrez had the chance to win the game, but saw his spotkick saved after City had fought back from 2-0 down.

After the draw, Grealish said: "It just shows the type of characters that we have in the dressing room.

"It's brilliant in there. I think that showed in our second half performance.

"In there, we'd never ever look to blame anyone. Everyone is around him. Riyad [Mahrez] is that type of personality and character that will lift his head back up and be ready to go again next week.

"I just needed a bit of luck like that [to score]. I just haven't had it this season. I've had no luck with shooting or deflections. It was nice to get that.

"I feel like I had a few chances. We dominated the game but it's always difficult against a team that sits in like that."
