Man City defender Laporte: We'll be ready for Real Madrid

Manchester City stopper Aymeric Laporte claims his side will be prepared for Wednesday's Champions League semi-final second leg away to Real Madrid.

The Citizens are hoping to make it to their second successive Champions League final.

After losing last season's final to Chelsea, the Sky Blues will be aiming to finish the job against Real in the semi-finals after winning the first leg at home 4-3 last week.

"Madrid will be exciting. We played a really good game in the first half and now we have to finish that," Laporte told the club's website.

"We will be ready for this game.

"Every single game is very important and we have to win everything

"We enjoy the games but also we know that we have to reach our target and this is very important for us and very difficult.

"So, we are happy but we have to keep winning."
