Chelsea, Man Utd target Nkunku admits RB Leipzig exit can happen

RB Leipzig striker Christopher Nkunku cannot rule out a summer move away.

Chelsea and Manchester United are among clubs eyeing the Frenchman.

Nkunku — who scored a hat-trick against Manchester City in the Champions League at the Etihad Stadium last September — has enjoyed a truly outstanding campaign for Leipzig this term, scoring 35 goals and grabbing 20 assists in all competitions. His tally of 55 direct goal contributions means that he has averaged more than one goal involvement every game, making 51 appearances.

"Paris, I've always said it, it's my home, my heart club," said Nkunku, speaking ahead of France's upcoming Nations League clash with Denmark. "I don't close any doors. Everything is possible in football.

"It's flattering to have the biggest clubs in the world interested in me. But it's also flattering that Leipzig is doing everything to keep me. We are in June, and I am focused on this gathering."
