EPL: What Rangnick said about new managerial job after Man Utd’s 1-1 draw with Chelsea

Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, remained coy when asked about speculations he is set to become the new head coach of Austria.

Rangnick signed a six-month deal to take over from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on a temporary basis last year.

Although the German is set to take on a consultancy role at Old Trafford, he hinted that he could still take another job.

When asked about the Austria job on Thursday night, he replied: “Tonight let us speak about Manchester United.

“I can definitely confirm that I will continue in my role as consultancy with Manchester United after the end of the season.

“I’m more than happy and willing to help turn this team around.”
