Transfer: Three players to leave Real Madrid, Chelsea suffer another blow as striker returns to Arsenal

Real Madrid are looking to offload three senior players this January transfer window.

According to AS, the three players are Gareth Bale, Isco and Marcelo.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side are eager to free up squad space and funds during January, with Bale, Isco and Marcelo made aware that they are no longer figures in long-term plans at Santiago Bernabeu.

Meanwhile, Chelsea’s contract extension talks with defender Andreas Christensen have stalled once again, Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

The Denmark international is set to become a free agent at the end of the season as he continues to mull over his options after changing agent and learning of interest from Barcelona.

In another development, Nikolaj Moller’s loan spell at German club Viktoria Koln has been cut short.

The Arsenal teenage striker is now back at the North London club, according to Football London.

Arsenal signed Moller, 19, from Malmo in October 2020 and he initially linked up with the Under-23s.
