Newcastle United and West Ham United are both interested in Fenerbahce defender Attila Szalai.
Sky Sports says the 23-year-old is also attracting attention from Italian giants AC Milan.
All three clubs want to recruit a central defender this month.
Fenerbahce are demanding at least £16.7m (€20m) for the Hungary international, who is under contract until 2025.
Last month, Hungary manager Marco Rossi said Chelsea were closest to signing Szalai.
