Juan Mata’s next possible club revealed as Ronaldo hints on playing in Brazil

Manchester United midfielder, Juan Mata’s possible next club has been revealed.

Mata has had an informal meeting with Real Sociedad president, Jokin Aperribay, over a possible switch to Spain.

According to Cadena SER, the Spaniard could join Real Sociedad at the end of the season.

The 33-year-old’s contract with Man United will expire on June 30, 2022, and he has not featured regularly for the Red Devils this season.

Meanwhile, Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted that he could play in Brazil in the near future.

Ronaldo said this ahead of Man United’s Premier League tie with Aston Villa this weekend.

The Portugal captain joined Man United from Juventus in the summer of 2021.

“It’s a country I have a lot of respect for, I know a lot about Brazil. Nobody knows about playing there,” Ronaldo told ESPN Brasil.

“Nobody said I would come back to Manchester United at 36 and here I am.

“Playing in Brazil? I don’t know. It’s far from what I’m thinking at the moment. But in football, everything is possible, I don’t know.”
