American Ryan Crouser set a world indoor shot put record of 23.38 meters on Saturday at the Millrose Games with the longest heave in history, indoors or outdoors.
Crouser’s effort broke his world indoor mark of 22.82m, set last January at Fayetteville, Arkansas.
It also exceeded the world outdoor record of 23.37m set by Crouser last June at Eugene, Oregon.
