PSG give Man Utd two conditions to take Pochettino immediately

Paris Saint-Germain have laid out two conditions for their manager, Mauricio Pochettino, to leave for Manchester United, according to Sky Sports.

Pochettino is believed to be United’s top choice to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Red Devils will wait until next summer to land the former Tottenham boss and are already working on appointing an interim manager.

However, PSG will allow Pochettino to depart if United pay a full compensation to them.

The Ligue 1 club also want to secure a replacement, who would come in straight away and take charge of the team.

Pochettino was forced to deny that the speculation about his future unsettled the team ahead of their Champions League trip to Manchester City.

Speaking after the 2-1 defeat at the Etihad, he said: “The players know very well the situation – we are living in a business in which rumours are there, sometimes negative, sometimes positive.

“That is what we say about the rumours.”
