Liverpool vs Arsenal: Campbell hands Arteta name of player to play EPL match

Former Arsenal striker, Kevin Campbell, has handed the club’s manager, Mikel Arteta, the name of a player that should play the Gunners when they take on Liverpool today

Arsenal will face Liverpool in an away Premier League tie on Saturday evening at Anfield.

Arteta’s side head to the game following a 1-0 win over Watford in their last game.

But Campbell wants Arteta to feature Nuno Tavares for the game as Liverpool may not know much about him.

According to him, Tavares will be a threat against Jurgen Klopp’s side.

Campbell told Curtis Shaw TV: “If I’m honest, I won’t change it. Nuno [Tavares] has got the physicality and the speed.

“Defensively, he’s maybe not as accomplished as Tierney, but these days have been racking up clean sheets.

“Play him! You know what, he’ll be a threat going the other way and they don’t really know much about him.”

The kick-off time for Liverpool vs Arsenal is 6:30 pm.
