UCL: I love Salah but he’s not – Thierry Henry names best player in the world

Former Arsenal striker, Thierry Henry has said that Karim Benzema and Robert Lewandowski are far ahead of Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah in terms of who is currently the best player in the world.

Henry said the Egyptian should not be classed as the best player in the world despite the 29-year-old making an impressive start to the season with Liverpool scoring 12 goals in 11 appearances so far.

According to the France legend, Salah should be considered as the best player in the Premier League at the moment but not in the world.

When asked by CBS Sport if he considers Salah as the best player in the world, Henry said: “Not yet.
