Messi tells PSG to sell one striker

Paris Saint-Germain superstar, Lionel Messi has fallen out with Mauro Icardi and is now pushing the club to include him in a swap deal to get Sergio Aguero from Barcelona, El Nacional reports.

Messi only joined PSG this summer after being unable to extend his contract with Barca.

But he has already clashed with Icardi, who he is familiar with from their time in the Argentina national team.

Icardi believes Messi is the reason he has not been called up for international duty in over three years.

It appears something similar might indeed happen at PSG, with Icardi set to leave.

Messi wants Aguero to join him in Paris, as the two have been roommates together over many years for Argentina and have a close personal friendship.

Aguero signed a two-year contract with Barca in May this year, with the understanding that he would be playing alongside Messi at the Camp Nou. He could now have the chance to do so in PSG, if the swap deal works out.
